AN EXPERIENCED COACH
Hiring a personal trainer offers many advantages. A trainer helps set achievable goals, teaches proper technique to prevent injury, and provides a structured plan that prioritizes different aspects of fitness for superior and faster results.

PILATES
Pilates helps rebalance the body's muscles, with an emphasis on the abdominals and core muscles. This method also helps lengthen and tone muscles while improving posture, flexibility, mobility, and abdominal strength. It promotes greater awareness of movement.

GYROTONIC METHOD
The Gyrotonic training method is unique in the way it stretches and strengthens at the same time, increasing flexibility and developing coordination. The circular and spiral movements are natural, uninterrupted, and focus on internal symmetry and balance.

GYROKINESIS METHOD
Originally called “yoga for dancers,” the Gyrokinesis method includes poses that are connected by fluid, rhythmic, dance-like movements. At Studio Anicca, Gyrokinesis classes emphasize natural elements of spinal movement.
